In order for this morning’s games to run smoothly and to time, we need your assistance in ensuring the players are on the correct court when needed. It is vital that you follow the procedures set out below.

·  Managers/Coaches need to check in their team at the complex by 8:45am.

·  Games will be 9 minutes long with no half time break.

If teams wish to make substitutions the player/s MUST be ready on the sideline to take the court.

·  There will only be a 1-minute break between games - players must leave the  court immediately at the completion of their game.

·  Next teams to go on must be ready (with patches on) to take their positions as  soon as the preceding game finishes.

·  Attempts and goals will be scored for all games by the grading committee.

All teams will play a minimum of three games. There may be a fourth game for some teams.

·  Please don’t leave until advised by the grading committee.

·  We expect to be finished by approximately 12.00noon

·  Please allow room on the sidelines for the umpires

·  Make sure players are wearing sunscreen, hats when off court and drink  plenty of water.

·  There are long breaks between games for some teams – please try and keep  your team together as we will not be able to wait for teams who are not ready  to take the court at their allocated game.
